- Terms for the Prove phase are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
1.2 Build Phase
- Build phase pricing and milestones are agreed upon after a successful Prove phase.
- Payment is typically milestone-based — you pay as deliverables are completed and approved.
- If you cancel mid-project, payment is due for all completed milestones and work-in-progress.
1.3 Scale Phase (Retainer)
- Retainer engagements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
- Payment is due for the current billing period through the notice period.
